Art Nouveau CARNATION .950 Sterling Silver Julep Wine Cup French Belle Epoque

ABOUT:
Beautiful and sturdy Art Nouveau julep cup, tumbler or wine glass in really excellent condition with applied carnation flowers on stems on one side. The floral details were applied on to the cup, making it a nice thick piece of silver, it is not repousse or pressed.
NO MONOGRAMS.
This is an antique piece from the Belle Epoque period that I acquired in France.  It is hallmarked and made of .950 (better than Sterling) Silver.  It was made by the firm of Edmond Molle who operated in France from 1898 to 1919.
Elegant floral victorian design on one side of the cup.  Nice and sturdy hand feel on the piece
which
has held its shape especially well.
MEASUREMENTS:
Cup measures 2 1/2 inches diameter from rim to rim, slightly tapered with a base that measures almost 1 7/8 inches. It is 2 3/4 inches tall.  Weight is 75 grams.
HALLMARKS:
Marked with the first title French Minerve head hallmark for .950 sterling silver around the rim with the maker's mark mentioned above.
CONDITION DETAILS:
In estate condition considering age but it has held its shape well.  The rim and base are still perfectly rounded.  No sharp dents super deep dents.  There are a few very shallow impressions on the base rim and some nicks to the base from contact with the table but it sits sturdily.   One deeper nick to the left of the flowers.  Surface wear, scuffs and scratches from use and polish.  A few ripples here or there mostly on the undecorated back side of the cup, made more evident by the mirrored finish there. Some stubborn tarnish inside the bottom because it is hard to reach to polish but really nice age appropriate patina otherwise. Still a very sturdy piece with many years left.
