    Description

An antique stirrup cup with fox head (please see photos). The piece is marked J. E. CALDWELL & CO. STERLING CUP (please see photo). The inside of the cup has a gold flashing (please see photo). It is approximately 4 3/4 inches at it's highest point by 3 1/16 inches at it's widest point. It has a total weight of approximately 315 grams. J.E. Caldwell & Co. was a major jewellery retailer and one-time silversmith in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
